Catering Menu

All catering orders must be placed at a minimum 5 business days in advance. Sometimes special concideration can be made with a 2 day notice, but there is an increased fee and reduced menu options for urgent orders. Minimum of $300 per order.

Meat

Meat items are purchased by the pound which can feed between 3-4 people.

Sides

When ordering, please consider that half a pan will feed approximately 10 people

Make sure everyone gets the same amount of amazing BBQ Meats and Sides- Custom amounts allow you to tailor to your own event needs! Each option comes with 2 sides of your choice. When ordering, you will let us know what meat and side items you would like. Price is per plate - 10 order minimum
